Mayflower in Plymouth Harbor USPS Stamp: First Day of Issue Ceremony

Join Plimoth Plantation and Plymouth 400 for a viewing of the United States Postal Service’s virtual First Day of Issue Ceremony for the new “Mayflower in Plymouth Harbor” Forever stamp.

The viewing will take place inside Plimoth’s waterfront exhibit in DCR’s Pilgrim Memorial State Park with the newly restored Mayflower II in the background. The virtual ceremony will include recorded remarks from USPS representatives as well as Richard Pickering, Deputy Executive Director of Plimoth Plantation; Michele Pecoraro, Executive Director of Plymouth 400; and George Garmany, Jr., Governor General of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants.
