Mayflower II departed from Mystic Seaport this morning, where she spent the winter undergoing extensive restoration in preparation of 2020.
News 8’s Stephanie Simoni went live on the air this morning with Whit Perry, the captain who will sail Mayflower II back to Plymouth over the course of the next two days. Here’s the video clip:

According to Plimoth Plantation, the ship is expected to be tugged into Plymouth Harbor tomorrow afternoon on the high tide, which is around 1:50 p.m. You can actually track the progress of Mayflower II through this interactive website.
We’re looking forward to her arrival tomorrow! Stay tuned for photos & live updates!
