Plymouth 400 Launches New Website

The Official Website of the
Plymouth 400
Commemoration

PLYMOUTH, MA— Plymouth 400, Inc. launched a new website today to provide information to the public through a platform designed to be more intuitive, visually appealing, and user friendly. The new website was designed and developed by Shields Design Studio, a visual communications firm in downtown Plymouth, Massachusetts specializing in both print and web design services.
“Shields Design Studio has done a remarkable job of capturing the essence of what the Plymouth 400 commemoration is all about through the design of this new website,” said Michele Pecoraro, Executive Director of Plymouth 400, Inc. “Our new website allows us to communicate with our many constituents on every level more creatively and more effectively.”
The website features a new program that is part of Plymouth 400’s community outreach and fundraising efforts; the Plymouth 400 Partner Program. Businesses and organizations who pledge to support Plymouth 400 will be featured on this new website both on the homepage and on a page dedicated solely to Our Supporters.
The new site also provides users with a comprehensive look at Plymouth 400’s mission and plans for events and programs commemorating the historic anniversary, including full descriptions of the proposed Signature Programs and Events taking place between 2019 and 2021, and interactive pages for Plymouth 400’s two educational traveling exhibits, the first of which (“Our Story—A Wampanoag History”) launched in 2014. The Signature Events and Programs offer worldwide marketing exposure to sponsors, and full Signature Sponsorship packages can be downloaded via the new site.
The media section includes the Plymouth 400 blog with local news and updates from the organization and its Partners, as well as media coverage and press releases.
